Professional accounts are created by invitation. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions taken under their account.

Candidates retain their rights over the photos and videos they submit and grant the relevant production a license to use them for casting evaluation. The production is responsible for its use of received applications.

Using the platform to collect information without consent, distribute unlawful content, or attempt to bypass security measures and access controls is prohibited.

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of continuous availability. The operator's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Access may be suspended in case of a breach of these terms. Productions may request an export and then the deletion of their data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
